Shipping fees vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Customs duties & taxes
🛃 U.S. & EU orders: Import duties and taxes (including VAT) are collected at checkout (DDP). You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
All other countries: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are assessed when the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery
The shipping method is chosen by us and cannot be selected by the customer. We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
Delivery typically takes about 1–3 weeks after shipment, depending on the destination. (For remote islands, please allow an additional 3–4 days.) Significant delays may occur due to natural disasters, large-scale events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Lost or damaged packages
In rare cases, international shipments may be lost in transit. If you have not received your item, please contact us. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as well.
