Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, cards and products must be in the same condition as received — unplayed, unsleeved, and with all original packaging and seals intact. You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@merry-tcg.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened packs, boxes, or sealed products (once opened, contents cannot be returned)
- Custom or special orders (altered cards, custom sleeves, personalized items)
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items accurately represented in product photos — we do not accept return requests or refund claims for items that match their listed description and images.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the card or product you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
